If you are looking for an honest mechanic, this is the place. They have always been upfront with me prior to completing the work on my car. I will gladly continue to use Figure Automotive because I don't have to feel like they are trying to get over on me.
Highly recommend this shop!!! My 85 yo parents broke down on the side of the road on I45 10 miles from Huntsville. I was very worried because of the heat. I talked to Austin and he told me they would fix the car if I could get it there. I called a tow truck, I talked to him multiple times. The Owner Nick went out to where they were broke down and picked them up. The tow truck got the car and they had them back on the road very quickly!! Thank you all so much for taking care of my parents.

My daughter's car had an issue with the radiator to transmission fittings and Figure Automotive was able to work with us to get the issue resolved. Jacob was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us thoroughly. We are very impressed with the company and should the issue arise, my daughter has a shop she can take her car to.
