I travel for work and didn't know anything about Huntsville Tx. Wal-Mart messed up my my rim, stud, and hub. The team at Figure was PHENOMENAL!! The guys in the shop took care of me in no time. The got my parts, and was patient when I was late. The work they did was exceptional and the guys in the shop as well as the owner were friendly, professional, courteous, kind, and very helpful. Great group of guys. They are honest and fair priced. They have worked on several of my vehicles. I had a thousand dollars worth of tools on the inside of my truck ( a lot more in the toolbox), personal stuff, and packages. Everything was were I left it when I picked my truck up.

Been here a few times and they always fix the problems. Faster than expected compared to other places where I expect to be without a vehicle for a few days just being patient but they usually get it back to me in the same day if it’s just a 1 problem fix. Friendly guys and I would suggest here over anywhere else in town.
