I called the store the lady told me she can do a ballon garland and then when I called today she said I’m verry busy in October meaning I’m calling ahead of time she said find another lady crazy bad Business just wanted to let you guys know

I've never actually been into the store, but I don't suggest calling. The phone was answered rudely with a "Hello" and didn't state the store name. I had to ask if I was calling a party supply store. When I asked about a particular item and the price, I was told I'd have to come in to the store. I can't easily get there with 2 small children and still worry about taking them in public with the pandemic. As much as I'd prefer to support a small business, I guess I'll be shopping big box instead.
