After the contract was signed and first half of check issued, it went straight downhill. They did not adhere to our scheduling request and randomly showed up on a day we were not prepared for the work to be done, when asked to adhere to the requested schedule, they refused. Very strange. This caused the surface to be damaged because people had to move their cars. Customer service, communication, and follow up was a complete disaster.
