The mechanic did a great job, the price was fair, the shop is in a nice location, and Nelson's customer service is top tier! I would definitely recommend this shop.

I had an overall great experience. The mechanic, Bear, is a kind, knowledgeable, and truly good person. I needed the brakes pads and rotors replaced on a Honda Civic as well as a Honda Odyssey. The Civic also needed a new muffler. This was done at Figueroa for a fraction of the cost of any repair shop on Beechmont Ave. I will be going back there with any future auto needs.
