Estoy muy feliz de poder contar con esta oficina. Mi doctora es lo máximo ! Son todos muy profesionales y sobre todo muy humanos . Me siento súper cómoda cuando hablo con mi doctora 100 en confianza y eso para mí es súper importante que me escuchen y que me ayuden con cualquier tipo de problemas que yo pueda tener . Looking for a good PCP and Dr Figueras was recommended. Unfortunately I have been unable to get through to the office after multiple tries over many days. When I call I am immediately placed on hold without so much as a "Hello" and no one ever picks up, so I am perpetually on hold. If this is the way the staff is trained then I will look elsewhere for my medical care. If I were to have a medical issue or emergency there is no place for putting a patient on hold indefinitely. Amazing doctor and professional and friendly staff!! Dr. Figueras is exceptionally thorough, responsive, and caring. He took the time to explain the condition and every step of the treatment. When he realized how long it was going to take me to see a specialist, he did not waste time but proceeded with treatment and ordered the labs needed for the specialist. Once I finally got to see a specialist, the specialist told me, "Dr. Figueras put you 10 steps ahead of other patients!” His nurse practitioners are very knowledgeable ... read more
Practitioners don’t listen to the patience and after you leave they write additional instructions on the portal that they haven’t mentioned during the consultation. I did not even do a lab work after coming to the office to check a terrible migraine, and he just requested an MRI because I asked for. I won’t ever come back
