Jeremy was professional and skilled. He was a pleasure to have in my home. He had to remove the toilet and when he left the bathroom was spotless. 10/10 would hire again.
I called for a quote, Chuck told me "quoting is no longer part of the business". Chuck stated they are so busy "we come out, do the work, you pay what we tell you", there are 50 jobs ahead of me. Additionally, Chuck informed if I don't like this, I should call some else. Chuck knows how to leave a first impression
