Ordered Adjustable Toe Link on 2/20 with UPS and waited for delivery. UPS never showed up so I've contacted them to see if I can pick up from UPS Access Point. UPS Access Point never received it. Toe Link was never able to install before the magazine shoot and never received toe link afterward. Yet, Figs are still charging shipping fee of $28 still not even received any refund including Toe Link price of $292.16. Although they've got toe link returned. I had ordered a solid transmission mount for my 2001 lexus is300 and when I was about to install it I noticed the mount was different and it wasn’t going to fit and when I called them to try to return it I noticed it was a month after the return policy and they couldn’t return it or give me store credit when the part is brand new and the item was $280 and I’ve shopped with them before and that’s why I I haven’t been shopping with them because the part is brand new still
Company supplies horrible quality kits. “Refresh” kit made car worse than my original suspension. Why keep supporting mevotech when you guys clearly have complaints on it. My angle kit also snapped a bolt during its early stages. Overpriced hardware without helping me cross reference a bolt. Overall this company has no intent for a normal person to have a solid car
