Great service
I needed my brakes repaired. The customer service was great. They took care of everything my car needed and it’s running so much smoother. If I need any other repairs they will be my first call!
My experience with Figs was nothing but fantastic. As a woman, I'm always skeptical of car mechanics trying to scam me but was very pleased with how honest and straightforward they were, especially Johnny. He kindly replaced a piece I brought in, which they were technically not supposed to do, but Johnny kept his word and still did the service. It was extremely gracious of him to do that, no matter how small the job and I'm so grateful. They have earned my business and I will definitely be back. Thanks Johnny!
