I highly recommend Figs Auto Repair. After recently moving to CLT from ATL, and leaving behind my mechanic of 10+ years, I needed a 5k mile maintenance on my Lexus NX300. The guys went above and beyond to take care of my car and do the best work. No fuss, no muss.
Excellent Service
Does not stand behind their work under 3 year warranty. Wants to charge more money to find why a belt failed, saying it’s because of an oil leak but the belt is bone dry. As far as I’m concerned, they have voided all warranties on any other work they have done on my car. They wanted me to wait 5 days to diagnose the issue so I fixed it myself. FOS. Do not take your car to this shop.
