I just moved into a new property and was advised that they would be at my house at 12, noone called, waited almost a hour and a half to be told oh they will be there at 2. Really frustrating when youve planned the whole day around this and not be notified or anything and having to chase up the company to find out what's going on. Had to reschedule for 12pm the next day as I have thingsi need to do. Hopefully some one will actually come out.
