Absolutely brilliant service. Had our pool filter stop working 1.5years into getting it. They came out and fixed it the day after calling, explained the issue and that it's under warranty. Even gave the pool a quick scrub and balanced it. Really really happy with their service- our pool builder Jake did tell us they are fantastic. I'm sooo happy I'll be able to be back in it by the weekend 😊
Bit Disappointed about service team this morning because last Monday they did not let pool cleaning team know that I have asked service team to book in for our pool clean. This morning pool cleaning team did not come that I was expecting their arrival 8-9am. So I rang them today and finally they told pool cleaning team to come in this late morning!
Off shift the workers are rude too their neighbours. They are blocking the bins of their neighbours. And when they are asked to move their work car, they chuck the biggest stink about it. Also , they have no respect for other people's driveways. I wouldn't recommend this place.They may seem nice on shift , but they are not very nice people off shift
UPDATE - true to his word i was refunded my $60. Cheers Took a pool pump for a warranty repair (they were the service agents for it). Pump not starting and just making a humming noise. Asked them to inspect and repair it for me. They said it is “usually just the capacitor”. Got a call the next day to collect the pump and was told “we plugged it in and it worked -$60 thanks.” I was gobsmacked. Shocked. I took it home and removed the cover and the capacitor was exploding with pimples/blisters all over. Replaced it myself for $... read more
