All the trainers are old, washed up and have never been in a fight in their life. You will never learn any technical fighting skills here, even their best guy Andy Vences shows up only in a blue moon to make the other chumps look bad lol what an embarrassment to the sport lol
This is the best MMA gym I've been to by far and the owner, Sean Sharkey, is so kind and knowledgable in his field of work! I used to go to their old location around the block before it was on Main Street and I made many friends and learned so many skills in BJJ, Muay Thai, and Kickboxing. The more recent location is great with plenty of mat space, workout equipment, a boxing ring, and punching bags. If you want to learn MMA and make friends, go to Fight Kore!
