I recently joined the Crossfit gym and found the staff member members very friendly helpful and the people who go the gym are also friendly as I do the over 50 classes and the atmosphere is always kept clean and tidy i would recommend that any in their over to jion
Attended Tess and Cara's coastal walk. Husband said it was his favourite holiday and i agree. Both Tess and Cara made everyone feel at ease and supported us with the long walks. They made sure we had lots of excellent food each day, it was simple, delicious and unpretentious. The care and attention that they provide is exceptional. I look forward to more walks in the future. We did a fantastic Sunshine Coast 3 day walk recently with these guys. Really good experience. Well catered for food-wise. And the accommodation and walk arrangements were impeccably managed. Top bunch of people running it. Very happy with the experience.

Having only done a bit of bush walking previously and being more of a runner I wasn't sure what to expect on an organised group hike in the Scenic Rim. Communication from Tess and the team was great leading up to the weekend away and continued over the next couple of days. The training plan provided beforehand was appreciated and enabled me to mix things up from my usual running workouts.
