Working with Coach Daniel has been incredible. In under five months, he helped me go from a complete beginner to unlocking a 300 kg total in the 66 kg weight class! His professional guidance, attention to technique, and constant support made the whole process smooth and encouraging. If you’re thinking about getting into powerlifting, I couldn’t recommend Fighting Fit more—100% worth it!
Great small gym with very knowledgeable trainers
Honestly didn't know what to expect going into the 8 Week Challenge, but the results speak for themselves, down 5kg and feeling like a completely different person. The coaches kept me accountable and made the whole process feel manageable, not overwhelming. Got my confidence back which means more to me than the numbers on the scale. Would 100% recommend to anyone thinking about it!
I have just finished the 8-week challenge and ended up losing 9kgs! Not to mention my muscles have increased. Daniel and the team were very supportive throughout this process. I have been a long-time member and can't see training anywhere else.
Exceptionally welcoming, absolutely friendly, inclusive and positively charged atmosphere. I had a very warm introduction, paired with an amazing coach and am continually surprised at the support not only from the coaches but from everyone at the gym. They work very hard at maintaining a great culture and atmosphere so much so they make it look easy. Read the rest of the reviews it paints a very accurate picture. I've seen people from all walks of life getting great supportive coaching in this place.
