ok training – Haven't been to their new location as they seem to move very often since their larger location closed. I only took the Muay Thai classes there and Im not sure who is teaching them at the moment ,last I went they had several or should I say too many different instructors. I took classes with Royston who was a very good instructor, previously with Brandon who no longer teaches there ,he was also good but much more bare bones style ,not for me.As for the other instructors can't recall their names ,some are good ot... read more
