Perfect gym, very welcoming atmosphere for everybody. This is the place to be in Hamilton if you want to learn how to fight. Ruan is an absolute maestro and will gladly impart his knowledge onto you. If I could give 6 stars I would.
Started at Fightfit a few months ago now and I love the vibe. It's more than a gym, it's a supportive community and an enjoyable, addictive way to stay fit. I love the classes and rate the trainers for their friendliness and attentiveness.

My coach Ruan is super proactive and genuinely cares about my progress. Everyone is welcoming—whether you’re a total beginner like me or already experienced. Awsome place to let the kids pet of some steam wonderfull staff very helpful and interactive with the kids highly recommend
