I stopped training there after I saw the wrestling coach get pinned by a high school kid, they don't spar much, I wanted out. wouldn't budge on my contract at all, haven't stepped in the door in TEN months now and theyre still stealing from me. after they ignored my emails for weeks, I finally called them and got cussed out by the female that works there. super unprofessional business, clearly in it for the money and not the sport. DO NOT LET YOUR SOLDIERS SIGN A CONTRACT HERE ITS BASICALLY A SHADY CAR DEALERSHIP.
This is one serious place to start out. They got it all, huge gym, boxing, mma, jiujitsu. The trainers are awesome, always putting out everything they know and wanting you to learn, they will take the time to even work with you one on one before and after the classes. Everyone at the gym is real cool, no attitudes, no egos, and the pros and guys that compete don't use you like a punching bag or training dummy.
