I cannot agree with other vets, since I have applied for their service and got a call explaining because I live in Puerto Rico, I have to go to this link to the website for the National Organization of Veterans Advocates (NOVA) that may be able to assist you further with your VA Disability Claim. Which if I go to that link there is no one there for Puerto Rico.
