5 stars because this gym is for everyone. The classes are challenging but very do-able. I’m not new to kickboxing but even if your a beginner, the coaches are awesome at helping with form, and explaining the work outs. Great amount of class times, very clean, easy to find and parking is on sight. Would highly suggest this gym.
I was at my previous work out place for 5 years and feel more comfortable in this gym in 5 weeks then I did in 5 years at my previous one. The coaches and members are really down to earth, laid back, and helpful. Each class comes with great music, great coaching, and it’s different every time. It’s the best work out you can get. I can’t wait to progress here. I have also been doing one on ones with Vinnie and he’s the best. You will not regret coming to this gym!
