I love this gym! The energy in the classes are electric, the classes arenât boring ( itâs a mix of boxing and circuit training) and everyone is super welcoming and down to earth. Trainers arenât pushy and theyâll show you how to do moves properly and they are nice about it. No late charges, easy to book classes and easy on the wallet. Very happy with my decision to join and canât recommend it enough! AlexÂ

As someone who is new to kickboxing, I found Vinnie to be very easy to work with! He is very patient and very knowledgeable. He is also great at correcting form and has a way of doing it where I donât feel embarrassed or less-than. I highly recommend training with Vinnie!Â
This place has a great vibe. It is welcoming not intimidating, but they do push you to your limit. They meet you where you are and I have never felt better. I might not be in Fight Shape, but I am in Shape for It keeps me in shape for skiing, tennis and golf.Â
Coach Vinnie V. is the absolute best! The classes are great. High energy and theyâre always mixing it up. Try Fight Shape, youâll be hooked!Â
