Great gym with well equipped facilities! A wide array of bags, spacious mats, an octagon ring, weights and cardio equipment, even a dry sauna. Coach Bryce is awesome, he's been scraping 15 years of rust off my kickboxing skills. Classes are fun and great exercise.
Been taking kickboxing classes here for a few weeks. Welcoming, easy-going energy but a great workout and top notch instruction. Definitely try a freebie class if you're on the fence.
Absolutely amazing facility and coaches. The amount of knowledge and patience these guys have with the kids is incredible. Teaching skills that will make them better people-defense, respect, eye contact and listening. Best decision we ever made to bring our 5 1/2 year old here.
Bobby is a great instructor. Weight room is really nice too
