Owners and head instructors Chad Zwadlo and Mitch Andrejka have been practicing and teaching parkour for over 10 years. OMG! So cool! They had me scaling 🧗♂️ a 5 foot wall! 🤩 Super excited to become a ninja🥷. The aches & pains from my job went away completely within months of doing mobility training with them! I am a Chiropractor, so keeping my wrists & shoulders strong is a priority. I have gained muscle, lost fat, gained flexibility and a ton of friends! 🫶 Highly, highly reccommended!!!

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience at this Summer Camp. The supervision and training for the kids was lacking. My child injured their back while the kids were playing and it took a few minutes for the coaches to attend to them. Other campers tried to get the coaches, who were on the other side of the room talking to each other, for help but were told to “hold on a minute”. The coach who called me said, “Yeah so *your child* took a spill and would like to go home.” That was all the info I got. When I tried to fol... read more
