Specialties: Minnesota's first academy of movement! Offering Parkour, Free-running, Yoga, Swords, and Krav Maga training. Established in 2011. Owners and head instructors Chad Zwadlo and Mitch Andrejka have been practicing and teaching parkour for over 10 years. Now they have brought together some of the best instructors of various movement skills in the state to instruct you in a all the skills you would like to learn!

I frequented this place when I was in highschool and college. I was a very unathletic shy kid who discovered Parkour from watching these guys jumping around Peavy Plaza. Since my time here I felt like FOFA was more than a gym. They had a sense of community that was very accepting and positive. This place is great! They're super knowledgeable and adaptable to your starting point. There's a great selection of classes and you leave feeling accomplished.
Fight or Flight is awesome! The curriculum is great for getting into parkour or learning more about it, and you'll feel great afterwards!
Looking to get someone in shape? Be a ninja? Or just stay healthy? This is the place! Chad has been running this gym since 2011 and he is a fantastic couch! He gave me a guided tour, showing me the 1st aid kits, water fridge (still recommended to bring your bottle), and the changing rooms.
