If you want to feel good and learn how to defend yourself, this is the right place. I’ve never seen a coach like that. Training can be exhausting but it’s 100% worth it. I am very happy and I and my friends have been extremely stimulated since we came here. Sean Reynold⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fight Flow is been my second home for the past 5 years , Time flies when you’re having fun and been trained by the best. Aileen is absolutely amazing , I enjoyed her morning classes! The whole team is great! Highly recommend!

I have been going to this gym for about 9 months now and I absolutely love it. The coaches are all absolutely amazing but I want to give a huge shout out to the Muay Thai coach Johnny Kru. He really understands the sport and is one of the best instructors in the area. Gavin, Daison, Scott and Josh are all amazing as well. Highly recommend.

My whole family loves this gym. My 9 year old daughter and 12 year old son love the youth boxing and self defense classes and have learned so much. Wyatt and Scott are great, patient teachers and work very well with the kids. The gym is clean and welcoming, with all of the free weights, machines, equipment, and classes needed to get the workout you’re looking for. Making the decision to join and train at Tapout Fitness has been one of the best choices I’ve made. Since becoming a member at the beginning of the year, there has not been a day where I am not eager and excited to get back into the gym and train.
