I had a really great first boxing class here! Seven was my instructor and he was extremely professional, patient, and thorough when teaching. He explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable even though it was my first time boxing.I actually met him at the mall where he was explaining the program and how they welcome women and beginners, which made me interested in trying it out. If you want to feel good and learn how to defend yourself, this is the right place. I’ve never seen a coach like that. Training can be exhausting but it’s 100% worth it. I am very happy and I and my friends have been extremely stimulated since we came here. Sean Reynold⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fight Flow is been my second home for the past 5 years , Time flies when you’re having fun and been trained by the best. Aileen is absolutely amazing , I enjoyed her morning classes! The whole team is great! Highly recommend!

My whole family loves this gym. My 9 year old daughter and 12 year old son love the youth boxing and self defense classes and have learned so much. Wyatt and Scott are great, patient teachers and work very well with the kids. The gym is clean and welcoming, with all of the free weights, machines, equipment, and classes needed to get the workout you’re looking for.
