Disappointed. The first appt, i can on time and she made me wait outside for 20 minutes because she was sleeping. Then i had to wait an extra 15 minutes while she setup for me. Then the hairwash was in her kitchen sink and was not done properly. The flat iron was good but she charged me $15 more than what was advertised then asked for a tip...i still booked again because I'm an understanding person. Figgy has been my hairdresser for over 6 years. Many people stop me and ask who does my hair. Recently I had family visiting from Cali and they were so impressed with my braids I had to make an appointment for my niece, EMD. She is an executive for a media company and wanted to return home with a new look. Figgy’s art was so beautiful that now EMD is looking forward to her next Florida vacation, making Figgy the first person she sees.
