Mimi is the best. We use to live in Greensboro but moved to Charlotte and then Louisiana. I can't find anyone who can cut, color and style my hair better than her. Her shears are so sharp and she is so knowledgable. My husband laughs because as soon as we leave her salon people start complimenting my hair as we are walking through other businesses.

Over the years I have always sought the expertise of a master cutter. When I became a client of Mimi Perper the search was over. Without question she is a superb master cutter and artist. Everywhere I go I am asked who cuts your hair? Most important element is I do not have good hair. The joke among my friends is she must cut every hair on your head individually. I see her every 4 weeks no matter what. Even during an 8 week hospital stay she came and cut my hair and lifted my spirits. A jewel for sure! I highly recommend Ms.... read more
