Historic home, beautifully renovated, and still managed to keep a cozy family feel. Ours was a group of 11 (2 large families) and we had plenty of room to hang out and still have some privacy. Each bedroom having it's own bathroom was a major reason I chose this location over others. Private driveway was a nice plus! We never had to worry about someone taking our parking. EDIT!!! A note for guests w younger kids! This rental has OUTSIDE stairs. There are no other stairs connecting upstairs/downstairs. This worked fine for ou... read more

Stayed here with my family from out of town for a small reunion. It’s just yards away from the beach. I love the charm of the place. It’s a remodeled home from 1915. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. It has a gas grill, stove and ovens with double washer and dryers. They also have everything you need to cook and clean however I would recommend bringing a colander and some oven mitts if you plan on doing a lot of cooking like we did. It's a cute place to stay. Location is perfect, because there's our beautiful Jacksonville Beach where you can play in the ocean and walk along our beautiful shoreline. Great restaurants and shopping too
