Great service and best pedicure around. My feet always feel great afterwards. I also love the massage chair too. Would definitely recommend them.
I had my first bio gel removal there and I wouldn’t recommend that specific service. As you can see from the pictures, which are now three days after the appointment, my nails are scratched and 6 out of 10 fingers have red bleeding spots. The nails on my left thumb and left index finger were so fragile that they broke and I had to cut them really short, which hurts. The lady who removed my nails had no idea if she was doing and I really wish I went to a different store. My nails are now ruined before important photo shoot.
Pay attention to the pricing; see image below. They do not honour their prices and lost what would have been long time, regular customers. When brought up on the next visit, I was hoping for some acknowledgment of the issue, perhaps a remedy or at least an apology, but none were offered. Edit: You cannot say you always honour the prices. Two people got a regular manicure and pedicure which when both services done together should be $50. I had such a great experience at this nail salon! The staff are very welcoming and professional, and they really pay attention to detail. My nails look amazing and the shape and color are perfect. The salon is super clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. Prices are fair for the quality you get. I’ll definitely come back and recommend this place to my friends!
