Updating my review: Seeing some surprising reviews because I think this is a good company to rent from especially if you’re in a financial situation. Fig Enterprise gave me a chance during a difficult time in my life. I've now rented 3 homes from them and for their rates their services are fair. I just rented the 3rd home from them and the rent amount is reasonable and there’s things that I will be doing to make it better that they are not necessarily responsible for.
