Fig was communicative and was great in explaining the steps of closing at signing.
Overall I felt the service was great. Communication and notifications on when to sign documents were very helpful and had very friendly service with Heather at signing. One of the best.
Christi, Alyssa and team have been fabulous to work with. Their attention to detail and professionalism was amazing. As a realtor, I am so pleased to work with them. Christi's team has been a great partner in closing this complicated deal. Looking forward to working them again in my future transactions.
Great customer service and support. Leslie did a great job and was super efficient throughout the process. They even had warm cookies on the day of signing!
My calls were received with warmth. I did not have the feeling that my concerns were a bother. Leslie went out of her way to accomodate Mitch's schedule flying into Wenatchee on a Saturday. That was a great gift to us. Thank you!
