Atmosphere & Wine This is romantic and cozy restaurant that is my favorite date night. It has a nice, small dining room, but sitting at the bar is just as quaint. Wine list is quite fine and full. Also, my fav, half-glasses available.
Fig is to die for! My husband and I dined here on our escape from the kids while we visited the in-laws. He had the ribeye, one of the largest and tastiest pieces of meat we have ever had. I wanted to order one of the bestsellers, so I ordered the duck even though I wanted to stay "safe" and order something like steak that I knew I would like. Glad I took the risk, because this duck was fantastic. Kudos to the chefs at Fig. Fantastic food.
Great Food but Not Intimate A wonderful small restaurant located near the entrance to The Biltmore. Food is on par with Rezaz, which is nearby, but this venue is small and reservations are highly advisable. Also, for the hearing impaired, Fig might be uncomfortable unless you turn off your hearing aid as tables are close together and sound carries easily in this facility. The food and service are superb however and its right up there with the best in town. PROS: Cuisine, service, friendly staff CONS: Loud
