Fifty 50, decided out of the blue to discontinued most Type 1 diabetic supplies. Notifying us 3 weeks before our next refill. So be aware that they did this. They might do it to your medical supplies.
I've been using this company for several years for my diabetic supplies. They are hands down THE BEST! Customer service is top notch & Kim is always so helpful. Unfortunately, Im having to switch companies due to insurance & honestly so upset because I've never used a company this good. If you're searching for a DME provider, pick this one!
Best experience! I worked with Beckie on getting my supplies and she was awesome! So grateful for her! It was nice that I had a number to her directly and didn’t have to talk to a different person every time!
This company is breath of fresh air! You will always talk to a person and not just any person but a person who actually knows what they are talking about and can help you. Very knowledgeable. I very much appreciate this company!! I would highly recommend! For example when the dexcom G7 was new, I could not order from them and they knew bc of my insurance I would only be able to order through Walgreens. They told me this and saved me so much time and energy. They make life easy! I love them!
