Poor customer support for small business. They will take 3-4 weeks to tell you nothing and deny your application. Kellogg Community Credit Union approved our business loan in 6 hours with great customer support and service.

Their app and website ALWAYS has issues on updating your latest charges that posted the night before but yet no trouble on the amount owed. I check my account daily after 9a which should be over an hour of their info updating and at least a couple times a month the app/website does NOT show my latest charges as to how my CC limit is where its at. This is extremely frustrating as I want to catch fraud charges immediately versus having to wait all the flippen time for this large company to get their SH** together. I have more ... read more
