Jocelyn is wonderful! Went in for a HELO and she is so helpful. and pleasant. I’ve called her numerous times for help during the process.
I had the most amazing experience with Javier, who went above and beyond to assist me today. After having trouble utilizing the exterior ATM, I was unable to remove my car due to the length of my nails. I spent about five minutes, struggling to get the card out of the machine before calling the branch. Upon me explaining to Javier, he swiftly came to my rescue and helped retrieve my card from the machine before it took my card. Thank you, Javier for your kindness and for going above and beyond.

Brand new location and it’s worth dropping by just to see the cool interior design with bar seating at the teller and some nice lounge couches. I wish I’d taken a picture. I even got a tour of the place. The two bankers I talked to were super nice and I even got some recommendations for best non-touristy beaches in Dominican Republic. Next time I go I’ll take pics.
