I had the most amazing experience with Javier, who went above and beyond to assist me today. After having trouble utilizing the exterior ATM, I was unable to remove my car due to the length of my nails. I spent about five minutes, struggling to get the card out of the machine before calling the branch. Upon me explaining to Javier, he swiftly came to my rescue and helped retrieve my card from the machine before it took my card. Thank you, Javier for your kindness and for going above and beyond.
