On a Friday at approximately 4:00 PM, I brought in a customer check for deposit. I left at 5:30pm without receiving any service. The check was properly endorsed by the married homeowners and their mortgage company. In September, I deposited a similar check (a down payment for the same project) without issue. When I arrived, the branch manager reviewed my account history and even acknowledged the prior deposit. She indicated that it should not be a problem and that she thought she knew me. They were unable to complete my transaction and assist with depositing a check from another account I have.
It's a wonderful experience going to this branch they are friendly and courteous and professional and nice people who make you feel special everytime you go to the bank
Jocelyn is wonderful! Went in for a HELO and she is so helpful. and pleasant. I’ve called her numerous times for help during the process.
