I have been to this this branch multiple times and have great experiences each time!
If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I opened a checking account for our small HOA. When I left, Joseph told me everything was set up and ready to go.The first time I tried to log on to the account it was not accessible. I was told it was frozen and I needed to come back in. They have the money and I have no access for paying bills. Maybe spend less time looking like a cool coffee shop and more time concentrating on how a real bank works…
Awful experience! Carlos is very unprofessional as a Manager and Joseph very inexperienced. Because it was on a Friday neither one of them wanted to help set up a new customer account. I would never give this branch my business.
Carlos helped me set up my account and he was flawless in his demeanor. Amazing go getter attitude with very professional and honest communication. The location is also super clean and well kept. Loved the vibe of my new bank! ❤️
