I've been a 5/3rd member since 2019, and overall, I've had great experiences with all the branches that I've come in contact with in multiple states. Today, I walked into a branch bank to make a deposit and was told to wait because both tellers were on phone calls. I patiently waited, and when one teller was finished, she was unable to complete my transaction, so I waited for the other guy.
