I just had the best experience at this branch. Everyone was kind, professional, and willing to answer any of my questions. A big shout out to every gentleman who helped me!! Much appreciated. I plan to utilize and lean on fifth third more frequently.
It’s a great bank with a cafe style setting, I enjoyed their coffee and great people to talk to. It’s the bank that treats you like their partner and not just an account holder. I wish they had around when we wasted years dealing with big banks who always took our deposits but did nothing (lending $) knowing return to grow our business.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone to open an account here the service is very terrible they give out the wrong information and still try to give them the benefit of the doubt and still get a brick thrown in your face it’s always a hassle to get important things taken care of and they all just give you the run around managers are always gone and take their time to get back with you mainly when it’s convenient to them to reach back out to you definitely will be closing my account here
