They never honored the $300 for opening new account
ATTENTION! ATTENTION! ATTENTION! There is a serious problem with the Fifth-Third Mobile App! Here is my case and the problem that went UNRESOLVED! On February 18th, 2025 I requested a Cash Advance of $100.00 from my Credit Card to my Checking Account. THE TRANSACTION WAS DUPLICATED! TWO $100.00 CASH ADVANCES WITH FEES OF $10.00 EACH! I let it go thinking it was GLITCH. My mobile app is up-to-date with the latest version of Fifth-Third Mobile App. Five days later I tried to use my credit card to buy groceries. I just had the best experience at this branch. Everyone was kind, professional, and willing to answer any of my questions. A big shout out to every gentleman who helped me!! Much appreciated. I plan to utilize and lean on fifth third more frequently.
It’s a great bank with a cafe style setting, I enjoyed their coffee and great people to talk to. It’s the bank that treats you like their partner and not just an account holder. I wish they had around when we wasted years dealing with big banks who always took our deposits but did nothing (lending $) knowing return to grow our business.
