Was very helpful and tried resolving my issue with opening account with a promo offer.
This bank is the worst bank I've ever had. I changed my phone number and they blocked my online banking access even after calling and passing all verification questions. This bank literally blocks you from online banking access for 14 days if you change your phone number. Where they do that at??? Who in the hell thought that was OK to block people for accessing their money and accounts online???? That's OK because this bank has given me problems ever since I opened it. I want to start by saying I am not a 5/3 customer. However, Gabriella has gone so far above and beyond that I might very well need to do business with 5/3 going forward. I stopped in to have a document notarized, but in a quick view, she noticed I had it formatted incorrectly. I was able to have the document corrected and emailed to her so it could still be done. That is customer service that so many businesses lack now a days. Thank you to her and the whole team at this location.

I had a great experience at this branch! The branch itself is brand new and very nice. I called ahead and despite not being a member the team was nice enough to accommodate my request. Special shoutout to the manager Sohana for all of her help today. She is very friendly and helpful. Thanks again!
