I opened my account online and was about to walk in the branch with a check to cash a portion and deposit the rest. Before I even got out of my car a man from 5th 3rd called my phone and asked me what my goal was with my free checking account, i gave him a vague answer because it felt invasive and weird. i told him i was about to walk in the bank and he asked “The one on Franklin” I said yes and he said ok you will see me when you come in. Worthless costumer service. Needs to have better management definitely, No communication.
