Worst baking experience ever. Applied Credit card in-person in the branch, with the promo mail I was sent every time. Agent made blunders, making it difficult to access the account. Now it has been more than 4 months, I am being fooled about receiving the promised reward points with no hope despite continuous followup.

Every time I come to the bank I have to wait a long time to get someone to help me with my transitions. The store is alway under staff.
Fifth Third has been my bank for over a year now! I absolutely love working with them, and I am glad I made the switch. They do get busy, but they're always constantly re-assuring that my time is equally valuable. Still better than Bank of America
