Chadelle was amazingly helpful AND knowledgeable! Long story short, she was the best customer service person I have experienced in any industry lately. My transaction was complicated and I was quite agitated walking in branch office from dealing with online systems and timing over long holiday weekend. She checked things in their system and reassured me & helped me immensely! It all worked out and a large payment didn't bounce: so no penalties or interest or audit flags! Phew!! Went to open an account and Justin was helpful and friendly. The branch itself is very inviting.
Spent 1 hour waiting in the queue on the phone, then 20-30 mins talking to a rep to get my online banking access established. Just to find out that he can't verify me because he needs some info from me that he can't even explain because he is not a financial advisor, but a technical person. So the only option he gave me is that I need spend another several hours of my personal time to get to their office. And I didn't even want to be their client in the first place!!!
