I’m not sure what is going on with the branch, but they have multiple people at the branch but they were all helping one person. Very inefficient. Disappointed here, would try another place

Chadelle was amazingly helpful AND knowledgeable! Long story short, she was the best customer service person I have experienced in any industry lately. My transaction was complicated and I was quite agitated walking in branch office from dealing with online systems and timing over long holiday weekend. She checked things in their system and reassured me & helped me immensely! It all worked out and a large payment didn't bounce: so no penalties or interest or audit flags! Phew!!
