Wish there was one in Ravenna area I didn't have to travel so far to get to it...
The ATM machine malfunctioned while making a sizable deposit. Immediately went inside and teller was both rude and useless. It has now been 2 days and we still have no answer on when the ATM will be opened and our check found. This is not my first (recent) frustration with the bank, but after 23 years of business I’m really considering closing all my accounts, even though it will be a huge effort to move everything
I have had numerous scam issues using my debit card. I have blocked my account and have been issued 3 new debit cards and it continues to happen. I don't feel safe using my debit card. The bank does not understand the issue. Today I received a new debit card and it does not work. When I went to the bank they said they had been notified that some of the new cards don't work. GREAT! In several banks they have treated me well but this bank, the person who treated me was very racist and intolerable. I am a hard-working and legal person in this country and I deserve respect.
