Great new location. Clean. Very busy so give the bankers a break, they are professional and doing their absolute best. I go out of my way to see everyone there.
Went today to open a checking account. Very friendly greeting as I entered. Michelle took care of me & was extremely nice & very helpful! Glad I picked this bank to do business with!!
Terrible customer service and why everyone should bank with good community banks. Only 2 people at the branch on College Pkwy. Went to open a business trust account and teller said they were busy and had to wait 30-45 min. When I said I would wait teller said they couldn’t do it today then teller said she couldn’t open the type of account and I would have to go to state I needed it in to do open it there. After calling branch in state I needed it in they said I should be able to go to any location in an any state. Went down ... read more
Visited this location today. The employees are very relaxed snacking hanging out at a table and acted like they really did not want to be bothered with a customer. I needed a couple documents notarized. The teller looked over my documents and then indicated she needed to show her manager. She then came back and said that as a notary she can only notarize documents that are for Florida and notaries in Florida cannot notarize documents for other states. This employee and manager clearly do not know what they are talking about.... read more
