Absolutely, the worst Fifth Third Bank. There is customer service is horrible.
Customer service is horrible. These people caused my account to go on hold & now can’t pick up their damn phone.
I'd give zero stars if it was an option. Poor excuse for a bank. 1 client inside and I'm the only car in the drive thru. Waited 10 minutes after sending in my deposit and nothing ... no greeting, no "we will be right with you", nothing. Hit the call button for 3 minutes before someone answers. I'm then told that they're "really busy". From the drive thru I can see the only entrance to the parking lot and not a single car entered or exited in the 10 minutes I sat in the drive thru. Time to find a new bank!
Terrible ignored me for ten minutes then acknowledged my dad who came in 5 mins after me!
Just had my first experience with this new bank in my neighborhood. Felt particularly predatory, higher check cashing fees than old school “Hell’s Fargo”. I was considering applying for a HELOC today but I am not comfortable applying for credit with a banking predator. Thanks for scalping me the cost of dinner at a steakhouse to cash a check.
