Manager cares more about patrolling her parking lot for people going into Starbucks for 2 minutes then actually helping their banking customers. Was rude and unfriendly after we needed a check endorsed. The fact she runs a branch needs to be examined by corporate. Cancelled all my accounts with 53
I am shocked that anyone found Alvina rude…. She has consistently been kind, friendly, professional…&… always willing to go above & beyond to help. My mortgage is with 5/3rd….so when we flooded .. I had to get approval thru the bank. Alvina was over-the-top to connect us to the proper channels to get us the help we needed. Just because some people are angry over their circumstances… doesn’t make her rude…. She cannot accommodate every personality out there. She knows her job & she does it well!
I have found this branch super! Super helpful and always with a smile, very positive energy and professional
I watched this bank tow 3 cars hours before they were even open. I would strongly recommend you consider how they treat the community before banking here. The people were just picking up drinks from Starbucks. At least wait until you open to start towing.
