This feels like a scam bank with your sociaI security number on forms they print out. They are trying to commit identity fraud at this bank asking for multiple pieces of id for no reason. I tried to give this bank a chance but they just took forever to get anything done like verifying me. I would not recommend this bank to others unfortunately they do not have a great customer service dept. I opened my account and it was flagged for fraud after wiring 100 bucks to the account. I got a better paying job and have been waiting 3 weeks for my first paycheck. When I finally got it I digitally deposited it through the app and then was told that there was going to be an 9 day hold on it. I've counted on that check since it was less than 2 weeks before Christmas. I've asked if they can cancel the deposit and I'll just cash it but they said no. I will no longer be using 5th 3rd as my primary bank.
