I see that bad customer service is an issue amongst all locations across Atlanta. I came to this location to withdraw my money and close my account. I was nice to the lady up front with the glasses . She asked me is a particular way I want my money, I told her to mix it up and I didn't want 100 dollar bills. I got in the car looked in the envelope and she gave me 100 dollar bills on purpose. Who do I call about unwanted phone calls from the bank? Note: NOT this location. I do not bank with 5th Third, but Every Day (occasionally every other day) I get a phone call asking for someone else, not at my number. Maybe someone had this number before I did, however this has been my number for Years. I have blocked the bank, yet I get a Daily voicemail asking to return the call to 5th Third.
