Not enough staff, always slow service
Worst customer service at Boynton Beach. Confirmed appointment to notarize documents, but they refused upon arrival and told me to go to UPS. Closed my account immediately. Avoid this branch!
Great service
Not crowded. Friendly and helpful staff.
We are all aware how unrealistic it is to find a retail bank which still offers good customer service these days, especially with the recent trend of large scale branch closures. However, the staff at this Jog Rd location still provides great service. Lisa, Akeem, John, Goudel all go above and beyond, I am a happy customer :)
