There is a lot of bad reviews I see here but from my experience if you deal with John cave he is meticulous he is caring he definitely gets things done but overall he cares about all of his customers I can't speak for anybody else that works there just see him when you go in and he'll get anything you need done he deserves a promotion he's the face of that bank I will only deal with him even if I have to wait an hour this company needs to recognize that he is a great employee and hopefully he gets a promotion
No clue what they're doing. Make things inconvenient for the customer. Very unprofessional.
Been trying to get a call back for the last 3 months. Stopped by the branch on a Saturday and they told me the Account Manager would get in touch with me on Monday. Still haven't been called. During these past 3 months, I've called them multiple times (not exaggerating, at least 10) and was able to get a person on the line once. Whoever is running this branch is running it into the ground. Planning to pull my money out.
We are mult decade Fifth Third Bank customers. We were always happy with our Fifth Third service until a very negative encounter yesterday at the La Fontana branch. Our faith in Fifth Third was restored today when we met with John Cave at the Boynton Beach branch. He was professional, knowledgeable and patient. The La Fontana manager might benefit from an in service with him
I usually go to the Fort Lauderdale branch as that branch is closer to home , however this branch is closer to my job so u decided to go there on my lunch break..VERY BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.. I was the only customer in the teller line and there was no teller I wasn’t greeted by anyone until I shouted out if there is anyone working today then JOHN acknowledge me and apologize and assure me someone will be with me shortly .
