Great service
Not crowded. Friendly and helpful staff.
We are all aware how unrealistic it is to find a retail bank which still offers good customer service these days, especially with the recent trend of large scale branch closures. However, the staff at this Jog Rd location still provides great service. Lisa, Akeem, John, Goudel all go above and beyond, I am a happy customer :)
There is a lot of bad reviews I see here but from my experience if you deal with John cave he is meticulous he is caring he definitely gets things done but overall he cares about all of his customers I can't speak for anybody else that works there just see him when you go in and he'll get anything you need done he deserves a promotion he's the face of that bank I will only deal with him even if I have to wait an hour this company needs to recognize that he is a great employee and hopefully he gets a promotion
No clue what they're doing. Make things inconvenient for the customer. Very unprofessional.
