Waited in line with no one in front of me for 15 minutes to make a transaction on a Friday at the end of June with only one teller on duty. If you want timely service, this is not the place to go. What a joke.

5th 3rd treats people who deposit or withdraw large sums of money like criminals! In several cases they have downright refused to give people their own money, forcing them to have to close their accounts and move their business somewhere else.
