Easy access and plenty of room to access ATM
I had a fraudulent ACH debit come out of my account and my checking account was compromised this was on a Saturday I called numerous times and I was told that they cannot help me because it was after hours and no one was available to help me with checking account concerns this is absolutely ridiculous this is a fraud people are stealing my money and they are telling me there's no one that can help me with this you are a financial institution and you're telling me that I have to just sit here all weekend and let people contin... read more

The app is ALWAYS having issues with passcodes or maintenance. online banking is a joke here Update So the people who "claim" to make banking a 5/3rd better is obviously for themselves they approve me for 4 credit cards 3 have balance that i have paid on time the 4th i just received a week ago i go onling and activate the card, went to the store to use it, gets declined despite having a 3000 limit. call so called customer service filled with non english speaking people who tell me they apporved the card by mistake and shut i... read more
