Awful location, they make it difficult to do simple tasks, that the other branches do not. If I want to use another bank institution to pay on a loan I have with 5th3rd the other branches make it no PROBLEM! This branches favorite line is “we can’t do that”. Why is it just your branch can’t do it. The middle eastern lady is condescending and rude!
I went in to get the promo and I open a new account. They told me Zelle would work as direct deposit after sitting down for an hour being personally interviewed just to open an account. Then after time I deposit money and they then tell me it doesn’t qualify. And I wasted my time opening an account…

So far, so good. Easy to open accounts with friendly and professional service. Great (intro) rate for money market at 5.3%, and even when rate goes down next spring it will still be significantly higher than my previous bank. My $250 "bonus" for starting a direct deposit came through quickly.
