This bank is terrible. I had to cancel my debit card twice because of fraudulent charges. What 5/3 doesn't tell you, is that if you have a Mastercard debit card, they need to call Mastercard on your behalf to have a "token" taken off. If they don't take the "token" off, the criminals will just get access to your new debit card number. I wasted all day today dealing with this bank. Terrible customer service. Walked in to make a deposit. Poor customer service. No Greeting. The cashier asked me what I wanted and then started the cash counter max at the exact time. So when I answered of course she could not hear me. So then she asked me the same question again. To which I replied if you had not started that counter when you asked me the first time you would have heard me. Very incompetent personnel.
Walked into this Branch and waited 7-minutes only to walk out in utter frustration. Their Cashiers were chatting and laughing with at least one Manager and another Employee, totally ignoring their Customers. I left the building and tried their Drive-through instead. It took 3-minutes for someone to notice me, 6 additional minutes to complete a withdrawal. When asking for additional larger bills, I was told "no", as they were running low. Atm always broken and only 1 atm
Lady on the phone was so extremely rude and did not want to help me make a transfer with my own money ! Explained to her I was out of the country and really need help . I politely asked what my options were. She literally said she will not help me and hung up . I am so shocked
