Amazing location with excellent hospitality and superb customer service. Manager an staff are amazing!
Just found out the manager is gone. This was definitely their best move. She was unbearable to work with and ruined my experience with this branch, so much so that I changed banks. I hope she can educate herself on how to work with clients. Everyone else who works there is fabulous and helpful. One bad apple definitely ruined the bunch.
I recently opened an account here and I can honestly say they have the best customer service. More specific Jorge who helped with all the questions and if there is anything you need about banking you should speak with him.
