Do not do it! This bank handles corporate accounts HORRIBLY! Rude to your team. Rude to you. They won’t give you change. Try to get $200 singles and told “we can only give you $100” constantly ! With any change order. I had to drive to the currency exchange to get change. What’s the point of banking with this place??? Do not do it. Worst branch ever. Please stay away from Fifth Third altogether! Does not accept responsibility for the customer's extremely inconvenient situation caused by their miscommunication. Furthermore, they lack professionalism, organization, and customer service abilities, and they fail to handle the problem they have created for the consumer.
