I should have read the reviews prior to scheduling an appointment with this bank. Hema or Hama was scheduled to call at a certain time but instead called outside of the appointment time to talk about the reason for the appt and left an unnecessary detailed explanation 3-4 hours prior to scheduled call. Why? Unprofessional and unnecessary. Stephanie who answers the calls that come directly to the branch at Yorktown in Lombard is clueless . AVOID at all costs! I will take my business elsewhere.

Avoid this branch! I came in person, but no one was willing to help me. The staff just told me to wait while they were sitting around, laughing, and playing on their phones instead of working. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing service.

I went in with my mom to help her make account changes and was greeted rudely. They were not welcoming nor professional. We sat down waited when a banker from his desk and loudly said to us “what are we in for?” I wasn’t sure he was talking to us since he didn’t address us directly. Proceeded to tell us to come over and give him the id. We weren’t even treated like customer but an inconvenience. My mom will be closing her account since this has been her experience every time.
