I went in with my mom to help her make account changes and was greeted rudely. They were not welcoming nor professional. We sat down waited when a banker from his desk and loudly said to us “what are we in for?” I wasn’t sure he was talking to us since he didn’t address us directly. Proceeded to tell us to come over and give him the id. We weren’t even treated like customer but an inconvenience. My mom will be closing her account since this has been her experience every time.
Lacks forthcoming communication
Rude people inside. Poor customer service. Don’t know how to speak to people politely.
