Robby and Rebecca go above and beyond to make clients feel comfortable. I oversee a local business and had an issue with a senior and her financials, Robby and Rebecca both could not be more helpful and empathetic to this elderly woman's banking needs and her anxiety ridden feelings. The staff has been great, and helpful in a lot of different aspects of banking. The five star is for the local branch, the corporate office can use s little bit of help.
