Robby and Rebecca go above and beyond to make clients feel comfortable. I oversee a local business and had an issue with a senior and her financials, Robby and Rebecca both could not be more helpful and empathetic to this elderly woman's banking needs and her anxiety ridden feelings. I am now referring Fifth Third Bank in Brecksville to my very own clients amongst all the others. Thank you Robby and Rebecca for being good at your job, but most importantly good people!
