Do not bank with Fifth Third. We have banked with them for several years with no problems. And recently we had a situation with a teller that wasn't so pleasant. When we tried to talk to her she told us how "easy" it was to close our account. Aren't they supposed to try to KEEP our business? We then tried to reach out the the branch manager-no luck. The district Manager- and still no luck. We have been told 3 times now that a supervisor will contact us- still nothing. Sorry Fifth Third, but you just lost our business.
